What data we collect

TinyThink does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Core calculators (SIP, EMI, goal, FIRE, retirement, future expense, etc.) run entirely in your browser — those inputs are never sent to our servers.

The optional Artha AI coach is the one exception: when you open a nudge, the current calculator's numeric values (amounts, rates, tenures — never your name, email, or any identifier) are sent to our server, which forwards them to Google's Gemini API to generate the insight. TinyThink does not store these values. See "AI features (Artha)" below for details.

We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.

AI features (Artha)

TinyThink includes an optional AI coach called Artha that surfaces a short, personalised insight about the numbers you've entered into a calculator.

• What is sent— only the anonymous numeric values from the calculator you're currently using (e.g. SIP amount, tenure, expected return). No name, email, account ID, or other identifying information is ever included.
• Where it goes— these values are forwarded to Google's Gemini API to generate the insight, subject to Google's Gemini API Terms.
• No account or PII involved — Artha works without login, and TinyThink does not store the values sent for a nudge once the response is returned.

Advertising cookies

TinyThink displays ads to keep the service free. Our advertising partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to show you relevant ads.

You can opt out of personalised ads via Google Ad Settings or by managing cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure anonymous page views and site performance. Both are cookieless and collect no personal data — your calculator inputs never leave your browser. We also use Google Analytics 4 to count page views; it may set cookies, but we send it no personal information and nothing is ever sold.

Third-party data

Mutual fund return data is fetched from mfapi.in (a public AMFI data mirror). No user data is shared with this source.

Children

TinyThink is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
